Wings sign Williams

The Detroit Red Wings have re-signed forward Jason Williams to a one year contract extension. He scored 6 goals last year in a career high 49 games played. He is another good young player for the Red Wings who has the potential to be a solid player in the NHL. 

Several contract negotiations remain for the Red Wings, including for Steve Yzerman, Pavel Datsyuk, Mathieu Schneider, and Jiri Fischer.
