Sox in the Series!

The Boston Red Sox completed the most historic comeback in the history of major league baseball by beating the New York Yankees 10-3 on Wednesday night to win the ALCS 4 games to 3. With the win, the Sox will now play in the World Series. The Red Sox were down in this series 3-0 before winning 4 straight. David Ortiz won game 4 and 5 for the Sox on game winning hits(Ortiz won the MVP of the ALCS). In game 6 and 7 it was all about the Red Sox who dominated both games.

I am just starting to realize this incredible comeback for the Red Sox. I can't even begin to comprehend it, all baseball fans probably won't see how incredible this comeback really was for years to come.

This was the first time in the history of baseball a team that was down 3-0 in a series came back to win it.

Another aspect of this comeback is the fact of what team did it. How did the Red Sox-the "cursed" Red Sox-come this far back to beat their nemesis the New York Yankees? We might never know. The Sox and their fans must savor this great comeback and trip to the World Series but the season isn't over yet. It would have been better if the Sox lost to the Yankees then to make such a great comeback and to lose in the World Series. Don't let us down Boston! Go Sox!

Reverse the Curse In 04!!!
